Pandora opened up the window and then discovered a triple rainbow! What could this mean? Pandora pondered – until the rainbow smiled back and said: “It means as much as you like it to mean.” Pandora thought about how rainbows made them feel. How they only came back after or during the pouring rain.
Pandora never seemed to care for the rain. The rain would lead to puddles and pandora hated puddles because they led to dirt. Pandora began to interrogate the rainbow further, but before they could speak – a dark cloud hovered over Pandora’s house. Pandora was then abducted by a sudden unexplainable sadness. Until the rain asked them // “Why are you always sad when I come around? You can still go out and play.”
Pandora pondered at this idea but remained still. “Why would I want to play in the rain? That sounds just as ridiculous as would be climbing a tree in the snowy winter. I know rain comes from on high, but I didn’t realize you were that high! Pandora replied. That’s when the rain said “Well, life can’t go on without me – you need me even when you sometimes don’t want it. How about you head over to the corner store and get an umbrella? To have fun with the rain, you need not, interact with it. You must go outside of yourself and play with the serenity, I afford.”
Pandora laughed and soon found the confidence and headed out (this time with boots!) When Pandora came outside the wind blew them onto the ground. “To whom do I have the pleasure of knocking down?” The wind exclaimed!
Pandora realized that not only had it rained a lot but also the wind came with other elements. Pandora looked up for a moment and then began to smile. As Pandora, got up from the ground, Pandora realized their hand was dirty. Pandora landed by a shallow puddle which mirrored their reflection. Pandora saw what was there all along – a face that could be used to smile or not.
Who chooses to see through the cloudscape? Should we allow ourselves the moment of surrender? Admitting that we know nothing. Should we be guided by the light? Even still – the thunderous need to learn should satisfy our endorphins! We may not know but we are eager to find out! What works for us and what satisfies the route of my destination? The noise never expires only returns in new wavelengths. How well are we equipped to deal with a new consequence that we didn’t see before?

All of them dance in the memory and experience of our lives. For we’re learning always. Never have we ‘found out’ // *finding out*…Progressing. Not holding on so easily because the truth is dressed as the phantom that comes to knock us down occasion.
The elements outside of yourself are constantly at work – but Pandora is only a parallel. This is a story providing a mirror or a window – whichever works!
Some smiles light a fire that you didn’t know you had burning inside.
Those flames come to pull you from a place you can no longer hide.
The moment you came out to play – your spirit was instantly burned to ash.
You were not paying attention to the road, thus inevitably inviting a crash.
If only you had purchased insurance to save you from this COSTLY dread.
When looking for the needle, you brushed up against the soft thread.
so, no worries about the glass that has just fallen onto the hard surfaced floor.
Lightning travels faster than sound – the burst of surprise seems to always even the score.
You can arise out of the swampy gloom!
Or maybe stay in the dark corners and explore the haunted tomb?
“For as prismatic radiance walks up the stairs, to decorate a room loaded with white paint.
Think not of the colors which will remain or those that will taint.
The smile of this light redistributes energy, previously unbeknown to me.
For now the twinkle in your eyes has flourished the withering tree.
Forever I see, the reasons that smiles have come to be!
“For the smile of your love is guided by an abstract and randomized beat.
Now the stars can’t help but smile as your illumination has given them a front-row seat!”
Dedicated to all of those near and far who have recently given me another reason to smile. Some smiles travel miles in illuminating styles! 🙂
It ‘twas the middle of October, a day, unlike this rest. It wasn’t just the red, orange, and yellow leaves in view that colored excitement in the air. Today was different. Today was the last day of the State Fair.
A time where extroverted girls and boys are filled with anticipation. With plenty to do and plenty to see. This day was guaranteed to feel like the longest day of the year. Earnest waited for this day to arrive. He had dreamed about it for oh so long. As happy as he was – he was also determined to win something. He felt ambition racing through him like warm lights rising from the darkness. He knew he wanted not only to win but to have fun.
Where could he go first? Earnest was as close to his name as one could get. Filled with intention and a pocket of anxiousness – he tried with all of his power to focus. Before he knew it – all time had passed and he had only one game left to play before the fair closed.
Earnest had a lot of fun but very little to none chances at winning – this was his only shot. He kissed his hands as he held the hammer tightly. He wanted to hit the ball as hard as he could so the pinpoint could ring all the way up to a 100 Skies. Bam! He hit – to his pleasant surprise he was only 14 points away from 100. The attendant yelled: “EIGHTY-SIX! Congratulations you won the last red balloon of the evening!”
Earnest snickered with excitement! Not only did he have a loaded time but he finally won a prize worth taking home! Earnest held to the thin rope which held the balloon in place. On his way back home he noticed just how windy the day had turned. The leaves seemed to blow harder while the balloon swayed with it.
Earnest noticed, however, even when the wind wasn’t windy – his new found friend didn’t seem to want to stay with him. He decided he would tie it around his trousers to prevent it from wandering off. As he pulled the balloon closely to him – he held it with both hands lightly as to not pop it. In flash moment, his grip loosened a bit but the balloon nearly flew away. He was convinced it didn’t want to be his friend. The balloon seemed to go up with a force not found in the wind.
He carefully tied a knot on his trousers and hurried home before it could escape again. Puzzled by the floating balloon he searched on the internet about what strange phenomena would possess a balloon to fly away.
He pronounced the words slowly:
He learned it wasn’t the balloon itself but a chemical lighter than air which caused the balloon to rise. Earnest smiled because he then realized:
Everything ain’t that deep. Sometimes you come to have fun. You might win. You might lose and what you gain can still slip away. Doesn’t mean it has intentions. Life doesn’t have to have a purpose in between your own desires. So come, to the fair for fun – cause if not for fun – what’s the experience for anyway?
There was this tragedy that happened on the news in the dream, and everybody knew about it but nobody wanted to talk about it because they were too awkward. It was on the tip of everybody’s tongue but they were all too scared to say anything in case it might offend someone, I guess. I walked into this room full of people awkwardly sitting around and you could just FEEL that they all knew the same thing, but nobody said anything about it – so there was this state of disconnection and I myself felt too awkward to say anything.
Suddenly it dawned on me again how we are all connected, we’re all the same – and that it must be ME that makes the change and it will send ripples throughout the people. I spoke up, and there was an initial state of “shock” that I would speak about such things, but then there was this wave of relief throughout the whole room because it is what everyone ultimately wanted deep inside – they all NEEDED to talk about it, but nobody wanted to bring it up.
Those moments are the most revealing of our individual power – and our state of connection to all beings. One person changes the whole room – or the whole crowd – by a simple movement.
A realization of connection which leads to an action – and soon the barriers are broken, and people remember their place in this code. Upon knowing that we are one – it looks so silly to walk in and to see so many aspects of ourselves hiding behind their persona or being too afraid to speak on something which they KNOW you’re aware of. And then you suddenly click to the fact that those people are a reflection of your own inner fears. The moment you release that fear and SPEAK UP – all of those people magically lose their fear too and then THEY speak up.
It is a ripple effect that starts from within and moves out into the world around us, because as Prince says, “EVERYTHING IS YOU.” (AFFIRMATION III IS SPOKEN THROUGH Charlotte Ann Telepathy)
It’s the very key to a comedian’s success – you know the way their whole career revolves around simply telling us things that we do in our daily lives – but that we’re too afraid to speak about because we think we’re the only one who does them. The laughter is created by the NEED to release that energy and to feel “hey, we’re all the same, and everybody does the same things, thinks the same thoughts, and feels the same way as me!” and that relief we all feel takes us one step closer to the intimate realization of separation becoming one.
You might not have gone through the same suffering, but you understand suffering from your perspective.

Enthusiasm within yourself creates enthusiasm all around you – depression in yourself makes everyone around you depressed – a smile catches – so BREAK THE ICE with the heat of calculated awareness, and watch the waves ascend!
